Coach Mercer told me Friday that he expects to use a lot of left-handed arms in Saturday's game. Deron Swanson and Matt Bohnert were the first two names he mentioned. Mercer said the Bohnert has looked much better in midweek workouts, and they want to get the senior some game action before the B1G Tournament.

Swanson has been solid against mid-major hitters, but B1G lineups have done better.
